The following governs all RMA units.

         1. First you must obtain a Nexus Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Services before returning product.
         2. Product to be returned must be securely packaged in the original shipping carton.
         3. Return Material Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
         4. Returns/packages without RMA# on the outside will be refused.

Once you submit this form, someone will contact you within one working day with a Nexus RMA number. You can also request a Nexus RMA number from a Nexus’s customer service representative at 828 681 2844. Please enclose a copy of the completed form with the RMA number on it in every box you plan to send.
